A FICTIONAL HISTORY
Before words,
there was a sound.
A sound so enormous that no single letter could contain it.
The letters began combining to reproduce pieces of that sound. Those combinations became words. Words became sentences. Sentences became stories. Stories became civilization.
But civilization had forgotten why it existed in the first place.
